1. When will I get my products after ordering?

Answer: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

2. How can I track my order?

Answer: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website’s tracking page to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have any issues or questions, our customer service team is here to help.

3. Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Answer: Yes, all our products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We are committed to ethical practices and ensure that no animal testing is conducted at any stage of product development.

4. What is your return and exchange policy?

Answer: All sales are final. Due too the nature of the product and our ability to protect our customers we do not accept returns. For more details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

5. Does all of the lip-glosses come with a light and mirror?

Answer: Yes, all our lip gloss products come with an automatic light and mirror installed within the product design. Every time you open your gloss the light will illuminate in your hand.
